The Challenge
Develop a compelling brand identity that presents the Prozan for Supervisor campaign with an immediately recognizable and distinctive image that differentiates it from its competitors.
The Solution
The approach was to define a brand that capitalized on Rebecca Prozan's core strength: community organizing. The Prozan for Supervisor identity was effective in its simplicity. This idea was the guiding principle of the design and informed the type choice, weight, color, and arrangement. Finding a balance between a compelling visual style and the proper tone and energy for the campaign was important. The typography was modern yet timeless, and in conjunction with the bold color choice made the signs stand out without being garish. The O is crafted from three gears that referenced collaborating with the community and government to get things done for the better.

The identity expressed itself in every touchpoint of the brand to increase awareness and became intrinsic to the campaign's culture—a constant symbol of its core values.
